Testimonials

I thought it was very interesting, well organised and helpful in the perspective of my own work on the review of the previous action plan and design and implementation of the new one.

This course was fast-moving and expertly led. You need the full time to cover the concepts and even more time could be spent practising their applications. This course changed my attitude to resistance and gave me tools to break it down and attack certain aspects of it effectively.
